14+ days before course start
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
7-14 days before course start
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 7 days or after course start
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun are not eligible for a refund.
If Zexmorinix cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
You may transfer your enrollment to another course or session, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the original course start date.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
